Disputes arising from building contracts
One of the specializations of the Law Firm Aspect is arbitration disputes arising from building contracts. This is one of the best worked out categories of disputes that we know in all its minutest details. Recovering debts for the work done in the disputes based on the building contracts, including cases when the Costumer refuses to sing the acceptance certificate – this is the most common reason to go to court.
For some years the Law Firm Aspect has been improving its expert level and its leading position in arbitration disputes in the sphere of building contracts by presenting papers about novelties in arbitration practice at international conferences of the West-Siberian Law Chamber held annually within the framework of the Legal Week.
In March 2013 the managing partner of the Company Stepan Mataev published his paper Litigation Practice Tendencies in the Field of Building Contract in 2012 in the official periodical of the Commercial Court of the West-Siberian District Judicial Practice in Western Siberia. It publishes subject surveys of litigation practice in Commercial Court of the West-Siberian District as well as acts of Commercial courts and courts of general jurisdiction of the West-Siberian District with analysis and comments.
